South African Shipping

Shipping Methods and Timelines:
- We use The Courier Guy, a private shipping company, for all our shipping needs.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. However, most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days within South Africa.
- Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
- You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on The Courier Guy's website which can be accessed here https://thecourierguy.co.za/
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only ship within South Africa.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We do not ship using the South African Postal Service.
- Should International shipping be required please contact us for a quote.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
- We are not responsible for any delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping:
- At this time, we can only offer international shipping at quoted prices from The Courier Guy.

Shipping Policy
At Italian Dressmaking School, we ship worldwide through TUNL, our cross-border logistics partner, using Economy Shipping, FedEx International Priority, and UPS world wide saver. Here's everything you need to know before you order.
Shipping options
Economy Shipping — 10 to 14 business days
- Fully tracked, door-to-door
- Duties & taxes: Included at checkout (DDP)
FedEx International Priority — 4 to 6 business days
- Fully tracked, door-to-door
- Duties & taxes: Included at checkout (DDP)
UPS world wide saver — 4 to 6 business days
- Fully tracked, door-to-door
- Duties & taxes: Included at checkout (DDP)
You'll be able to choose your preferred service at checkout.
Duties & taxes
For most destinations, duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout (DDP) — the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise fees on delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your parcel in real time from our warehouse to your door.
Delivery times
The transit times above are averages. Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by:
